专利说明:

The invention relates to a harrow with the features of the introductory part of claim 1.
Such devices, which are also known as harrow, are known. For example, reference is made to the "original harrow" shown and described in the brochure "Hatzenbichler AUSTRIAN-AGRO-TECHNIK". This known harrow has a support frame with a plurality of spars, to which harrow tines are attached. The harrow tines comprise a triple wound section so that the tines can be used to work the soil to remove weeds from crop fields such as cereals, soybeans, corn, sunflowers, strawberries, sugar beet, rape and the like.
Another generic tillage implement is known from EP 1 961 283 B1. This known harrow, which is intended in particular for cultivating the bottom surfaces of crops, has a support frame and a plurality of harrow tines pivotally mounted on the support frame. Furthermore, an adjusting device associated with the harrow tines is provided.
With the help of the adjusting device, the bias of biased via springs harrow tines can be adjusted. A problem with the tillage implement known from EP 1 961 283 B1 is that the harrow tines are pretensioned via helical springs, which is not only a considerable expense, but also susceptible to faults.
The invention has for its object to provide a harrow of the type mentioned are available, in which the harrow tines are biased in their operative position and - based on the working direction - no transverse movements (vibrations) to a considerable extent.
This object is achieved according to the invention with a harrow, having the features of claim 1.
Preferred and advantageous embodiments of the soil cultivation device according to the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
Since the active position of the harrow tines is determined by a stop arranged on the support frame and because each Harrow tine is associated with a spring that biases the harrow tines in their operative position, not only results in a crop-friendly cultivation, with The aim is to remove weeds, but also transverse movements (movements of the harrow tines transversely to the working direction) are completely or at least largely avoided. In a practical embodiment of the harrow according to the invention, the harrow tines are attached to levers, which in turn are pivotally mounted on the support frame, in particular on spars of the support frame.
In the invention, it is preferred that the tines in their operative position stressing, biasing springs are pneumatic springs, on the one hand to the carriers, on which the levers are pivotally mounted with the tines, and on the other hand on the levers at a distance of attack the swivel axes of the levers.
In the soil cultivation device according to the invention can be provided that the spars are rotatably mounted in the support frame, so that the harrow tines from a working position (= active position) can be pivoted into a transport position, wherein in the transport position, the harrow tines are approximated to the support frame.
Further details and features of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment of the soil cultivation apparatus according to the invention with reference to the drawings. It shows:
Fig. 1 a tillage device in an oblique view, / 9
AT16 450U2 2019-10-15 Austrian
Patent Office Fig. 2 is a plan view of the harrow of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a side view of the cultivator of Fig. 1 with the harrow tines in operative position, Fig. 4 shows the tillage implement of Fig. 1. 5 shows a detail of the storage of the harrow tines and their associated spring; and [0017] FIG. 6 shows in a view similar to FIG. 5 the position of the harrow tines when they hit an obstacle (Stein ) runs up.
An inventive tillage device 1 comprises a support frame 2, which has six spars 3 in the illustrated embodiment. The spars 3 are connected to each other in the support frame 2 side cheeks 4. The spars 3 are rotatably mounted in the cheeks 4 via bearings 5, so that the spars 3 can be rotated by axes parallel to their longitudinal extent.
For rotating the spars 3 arms 6 are attached to them, which are connected to each other via coupling rods 7. The connections of the free ends of the arms 6 with the coupling rod 7 are formed as joints, so that by adjusting the coupling rod 7 by means of a hydraulic cylinder 8, the spars 3 can be rotated. Thus, the harrow tines 10 can be pivoted from the operative position (= working position) shown in FIG. 3 into the ready position (= transport position) shown in FIG. 4.
The existing of spring steel harrow tines 10 have angled free ends 11, wherein the angled ends 11 for tillage engage in the ground to remove weeds (see, Fig. 5).
The harrow tines 10 are attached to levers 12. The levers 12 are pivotally mounted on supports 13, wherein the carrier 13 are fixed to the spars 3 of the support frame 2. On an arm 14 of the substantially two-armed carrier 13, the lever 12 are pivotally mounted on bearings 15. On the other arm 16 of the carrier 13 is a pneumatic cylinder 17, which acts as a pneumatic spring, hinged. The piston 19 of the pneumatic cylinder 17 is pivotally connected to the lever 12 which carries the harrow tines 10. The point at which the pneumatic cylinder 17 is connected to the lever 12, has a distance from the pivot bearing 15 of the lever thirteenth
The levers 12 have stop surfaces 18 which are arranged on the side of the lever 12, which is the point at which the piston 19 of the pneumatic cylinder 17 engages the lever 12 and the end from which the harrow tines 10 protrudes, opposite. The stop surface 18 is located in the active position of the harrow tines 10 shown in Fig. 5 on a side surface of the spar 3, to which the harrow tine 10 is pivotally mounted on.
By acting on the pneumatic cylinder 17, these act as a spring and the harrow tines 10 are biased into their operative position in which abutment surfaces 18 abut the spars 3. Nevertheless, the harrow tines 10, in particular when they encounter an obstacle, as shown in Fig. 6, pivot under compression of the pneumatic cylinder 17 and avoid the obstacle without the harrow tines 10 are damaged.
The pneumatic cylinder 17 are acted upon by pressure control valves with compressed air. Thus, it is possible to keep the tine pressure at the free ends 11 of the harrow tines 10 in all pivotal positions of the harrow tines 10 equal. This applies not only to the pivoting positions of the harrow tines 10 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, but also for the entire pivoting range between the pivoting positions of the harrow tines 10 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
In summary, an embodiment of the invention can be described as follows:
